Dropshipping with Chłopcy z Rancza

How to get started?

  1. Familiarize yourself with the regulations and create an account by providing your email address on the login page. In response, you will receive an authorization code to confirm your registration. We do not use passwords in the system – access is only via authorization codes.
  2. Pay the annual, non-refundable license fee – PLN 369 gross. In the transfer title, please state ("Dropshipping license fee {email address used to create the account}").
  3. Payment should be made to the bank account number: Nest Bank 61 1870 1045 2078 1056 8452 0001
  4. After the payment is credited, we will activate the account and send the XML integration file.
  5. From this moment on, you place orders normally through the store's shopping cart.

Payments

Orders are processed after funds are credited:

  • PayU – immediate crediting,
  • PayPal – immediate crediting,
  • Przelewy24 – immediate crediting,
  • Shopify Payments – immediate crediting,
  • Traditional transfer – up to 2 business days.

Shipping and "cut-off"

  • Orders paid by 9:00 AM are shipped on the same day.
  • Standard fulfillment: usually 24 hours, maximum up to 3 business days.

Delivery and costs

We ship via:

  • InPost Kurier, DPD Kurier, InPost parcel lockers.
  • Own courier / Drop Shipping – you can send your own label (also applies to cash on delivery shipments).
    • Label format: A6 (PDF).
    • We support labels from: InPost / DPD / Allegro One Box / Orlen / UPS.
    • Operational fee for your own label: PLN 4.50 gross (packing + materials).

Incorrect subject or format may cause shipping delays.

Returns and complaints

  • Complaints: We accept goods with a manufacturing/factory defect not caused by use.
  • Please familiarize yourself with wood maintenance guidelines and usage information.
  • Consumer returns are handled by the retail seller (your store). In the B2B model, we do not accept returns on our end.

XML Integration

  • Feed update: daily at 00:00.
  • The feed includes stock levels and purchase prices (with discount applied).
  • Links to XML files are sent after account activation.
  • Prices given in the XML file are gross prices including discount.

Placing orders

  • Before placing an order, you must log in to your account.
  • Orders are placed exclusively through the store's shopping cart.
  • Product prices visible in the store are gross prices, without the discount applied. The assigned discount is visible after proceeding to checkout and is applied automatically.

Photos and content

  • As part of the license fee, you receive the right to use our photos exclusively for selling Chłopcy z Rancza brand products, as well as to use our word-and-design marks, word marks, and EAN codes – solely for the purpose of selling and promoting products of this brand.
  • All Chłopcy z Rancza word and word-and-design marks are legally protected and registered with the Polish Patent Office (Exclusive Right Number: R.363349).
  • Allowed: modifications to photos, such as edits, cropping, compression, or adaptation to the store layout.
  • Not allowed: 1:1 copying of product names and descriptions (to avoid duplicate content). Treat our descriptions as inspiration – you can easily prepare your own content using AI tools.
  • Why shouldn't you copy content?
    Copying descriptions and titles from other sites harms the visibility of your store in Google and other search engines. Duplicated content does not stand out, lowers positions in search results, and reduces chances of reaching customers. Unique descriptions build credibility, increase offer attractiveness, and strengthen SEO.

Cooperation rules (summary)

  1. After registration and payment of the activation fee, you receive a permanent discount on the entire assortment. With higher turnovers, it is possible to negotiate even more favorable terms.
  2. We do not accept B2B returns. The estimated retail return rate for our assortment is approx. 0.2% of orders.
  3. We issue 1 invoice per 1 order (we do not issue collective invoices).
  4. The license fee is PLN 369 gross annually and is non-refundable. As part of the fee, you receive an XML file and a license to use photos, word and word-and-design marks of the Chłopcy z Rancza brand, and EAN codes, exclusively for the purpose of selling and promoting products of this brand. All marks are legally protected and registered with the Polish Patent Office (exclusive right number: R.363349).

Mini-FAQ

  • 1) Is the shipment "neutral" (without branding)?
    Yes, by default we ship neutrally, without our logo and marketing materials.
  • 2) Until what time do you ship on the same day?
    Orders paid by 9:00 AM are shipped on the same day.
  • 3) How much does handling cost with my own label?
    PLN 4.50 gross per shipment (packing + materials). Label in PDF A6, email subject: Label {order number}.
  • 4) How often is the XML file updated?
    Daily at 00:00.
  • 5) Can I use and modify your photos?
    Yes. We allow edits, cropping, and compression to suit your store's needs. However, you must not copy names and descriptions 1:1.
  • 6) What about complaints (product defect)?
    Report a complaint to bok@chlopcyzrancza.pl with a description and photos of the defect. We handle manufacturing/factory defects on our end.
  • 7) Do you handle cash on delivery when I send my own label?
    Yes – this also applies to cash on delivery shipments.
  • 8) How quickly do you activate the account after the license fee is paid?
    After the funds are credited – usually on the same or next business day – we will send the XML link and confirm activation.
  • 8) Where is the assigned discount visible?
    You will see the total discount after adding products to the cart in the store and proceeding to checkout.
